THE CHALLENGE:
MyTelemedicine needed to improve the quality of its inbound leads while reducing inefficient ad spend. To do so, it aimed to position itself as the go-to solution for medical groups and healthcare providers by emphasizing its customizable, scalable telemedicine capabilities.
OUR APPROACH:
We developed and executed a multi-channel paid search strategy focused on three core campaigns.
* Prioritized high-intent B2B keywords and built granular segmentation to exclude irrelevant B2C clicks, significantly improving lead quality.* Keyword and ad copy optimization, custom landing page testing, and the phased rollout of Performance Max campaigns to enhance reach across Google properties.
* Budget was dynamically allocated monthly to high-performing campaigns based on real-time results, and we implemented negative keyword filtering and dayparting to further refine targeting.
